Policy Statement for Realtors
NewBridge Bank generally acquires title to real property through foreclosure proceedings. When a property is acquired, we may choose to list it on our website for information related to purchase considerations. From time to time, Realtors may request to list specific NewBridge Bank Owned Properties, and NewBridge Bank, in its sole discretion may make available for a Realtor a non-exclusive contract that pays a 4% commission for residential property and a 6% commission for commercial property, which must be entered into in writing in advance. NewBridge Bank will provide all of the contracts and forms to interested listing Realtors which must be used. All of the provisions contained in the Section entitled Terms for Viewing shall apply. All property is to be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND relating to it and SUBJECT to all easements, rights-of-way, encumbrances, and other matters of record. Transfer shall be by special warranty deed from NewBridge Bank. Any realtor wishing to pick up the keys to show a particular property may do so, but the keys must be returned within 24 hours.
